We can source off-market opportunities and help to achieve the best deal for our clients. Demand for regional property investments is now increasing as the economic climate improves and more investors seek higher returns than can be achieved in London and the south-east.
We also advise clients on property investment sales. This will include advice on the timing of sales to suit market conditions and taking into account the particular characteristics of each property and our knowledge of the investment market. Marketing can be extensive using a range of publicity methods, or carried out on a more limited basis where greater confidentiality is required.
We advise clients on the balance of portfolios and on the strategy for individual properties to maximise returns.
We carry out rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of investor clients, seeking to maximise rents and achieve the best returns from each property. We also negotiate lease extensions/regears.
