1981-1985: Gerald Eve & Co - dealing mainly with valuation and professional work including rent reviews and lease renewals.

1985-1990: Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks (later DTZ), London - working within the investment department acting for a range of institutional and property company clients in investment acquisitions and disposals, and with some involvement in development funding.

1990-1998: Debenham Tewson Cheshire (later DTZ), Birmingham - specialising in the Midlands property investment market acting for a range of property companies, institutional and private investors. Became Head of Investment in DTZ Birmingham office in 1996.

1998: Set up Sampson Moore.

Other interests: Skiing, Shooting, Fishing, Football (Coventry City supporter), Watching other sport (rugby, cricket etc), Music (guitar player and occasional band member!)
