• Reversionary lease agreed in Temple Street

On behalf of the family trust freeholder client, Sampson Moore have agreed a 15 year reversionary lease on 13 Temple Street, Birmingham to Flight Club Limited to follow on from the sublease from the intermediate leaseholder which will expire in 2028.  The property will be a darts-related leisure venue opening in the summer of 2019.
